- Holders of at least Bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least 2 years’ working experience in multi-national organization in the junior management level
- Proven track record in professional selling in the service industry and previous experience in the executive search industry would be advantageous
- Hands-on, proactive, initiative and self-starter
- People and result-oriented with a good sense of humour
- Team player, able to work under pressure with a strong sense of urgency
- Good command of both written and spoken English
