1. Faculty
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Practically apply training methodologies and transfer learning solutions that meet or exceed client needs.
Required Qualifications:
-
Master’s or Doctoral Degree (Preferably in management / business) with over 10 years work experience including experience at top management levels.
-
Preferably with 3 – 5 years experience in training.
-
Proficient in planning and structuring training and consulting interventions.
-
Strong leadership skills, presentation skills (Using MS PowerPoint) and interpersonal communication skills.
Subsequent to an assessment test, potential candidates will be selected to attend a 4-day intensive APM training program in which final candidate selection for APM Certified Trainer will be made.
2. Consultant: Focus on Behavior & Competency Assessment Area (Urgently Required)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Deliver assessment projects to help clients in their people assessment. Analyze client needs, develop proposals of people assessment programs & tools, and implement project plans to deliver results that meet client expectations.
Required Qualifications:
-
Master’s Degree in a related field; preferably in Instructional design, psychology, organization or people development.

At least 3-5 years work experience; preferably in the people development and assessment areas.
-
Analytical thinking and innovative, communication skills along with strong presentation skills.
3. Sales Executive (Urgently Required)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Seek out prospective customers and effectively present APM products/services to them. Provide consultation, in order to select the most suitable products/services for our clients. Ensure that clients are satisfied with after-sales service and create long-term relations with clients to seek further sales opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
-
Master’s Degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or people development or related field.
-
5 - 7 years experience in sales, especially in the service or consulting industry.
-
Extremely organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Self-motivated attitude and customer service oriented.
4. Technical Writer (Urgently Required)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible to assessors and designers in assisting with the creation (and translation as necessary) of business proposals, individual feedback reports (IFR) and executive summaries (ES).
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field; preferably in English, English literature or Journalism.

New Graduates are welcome.
-
At least 1 year experience writing proposals or reports, or experience in a related industry in communication or writing, is a plus.
-
Excellent interpersonal and project management skills, detail & service minded and able to meet deadlines.
-
Excellent skills of Thai and English languages.
-
Proficient in MS-Office / Adobe tools & Internet applications and experienced in report writing software a plus.
5. Executive Assistant (Urgently Required)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Executive Director and Group MD, managing household and selected personal affairs, such as the coordination of personal matters (buying gifts, organizing travel, booking tickets and various other tasks, as assigned) and coordinating customer site visits and various activities, as required. Communicate and coordinate between functions, organize meetings and summarize the minutes of those meetings, manage document filing, handle all administrative tasks, search for information, as assigned and prepare feedback reports by assignment. The successful applicant will also need to be a good coordinator with both internal and external customers.
Required Qualifications:
-
New Graduates are welcome, or with 1 - 2 years of work experience in administrative or secretarial work is an advantage.

At least a bachelor’s degree in any related field; but preferably in journalism, communication arts or secretarial studies.
-
Excellent command of English and Thai: writing, reading, listening & speaking.
-
Energetic, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a pleasant personality.

Able to work under pressure.

Proficient in MS Office and Internet applications.
6. Accounting Specialist (Urgently Required)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Support Financial and Accounting Teams on all projects or activities within their “Financial” tasks such as reports, contracts, collections, invoices and quotations. Ensure proper financial records and documentation that are in accordance with financial policy.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or related field

1 - 3 years work experience in finance or related field.

Good computer proficiency, and Internet applications, and knowledge of “Accounting” program such as AutoFlight or Formula would be an advantage.

Analytical thinking, strong communication skills and customer service orientated.

Able to work under pressure.

Excellent command of English and Thai: writing, reading, listening & speaking.

Proficient in MS Office and Internet applications.
7. Service Support (Urgently Required)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Support Trainers/ Consultants/ Facilitators and Customers in delivering high quality services to participants on site for Training, Workshops, Assessments, or other projects.
Required Qualifications:

New Graduates are welcome, or with 1-2 years of work experience in the service industry or related field.

At least a bachelor’s degree in any field.
-
Professionalism and a customer service orientation.
-
Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Proficiency in English, MS Office and Internet applications.
