1. Statistician

Responsibilities:

  • To provide support, using a varied range of software and skills in data processing, analysis and general information services to the company and its clients. And to contribute to the company's continuous improvement program by developing and maintaining standards and work practices which enhance the quality and cost effectiveness of our services.
    • Sample design and analysis support for a broad range of consumer surveys
    • Application of multi-variate analysis techniques to survey data to provide enhanced client solutions

Qualifications:

  • Entry level knowledge of statistical applications and systems
  • Having computer skill on Microsoft Office ( especially MS-Access )
  • Knowledge of SQL,Btreive and Oracle would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of windows NT and Novell Netware networking  is required
  • Experience with Microsoft Access programming language.
  • Able to communicate both in written and spoken English.
  • Self-motivated' creative thinking and able to work independently.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Good English communication skill
  • Willing to work hard under pressure and tightly time frame.

2. Client Solutions team as Executive, Senior Executive, and Manager positions

We welcome individual who are graduates of Master's Degree in business or related fields with 0-6 years of working experiences, and possess qualities that are required to contribute to our success.

Qualifications required:

Excellent command of English, strong analytical skill, effective communication and presentation skill, work well under pressure, leadership potential, self motivated, and service minded.

Position Announcement:

Field Service Technician/Engineer

Field Service Technician/Engineer


Responsibilities:
  • Perform work assignments for service repair calls and product installation for combustion products applied to various types of industrial and commercial heating and drying systems.
  • Work under minimal supervision.
  • Apply advance skills to adapt procedures, techniques, tools, materials and equipment to meet special needs.
  • Travel to customer locations, within Thailand & Overseas.
  • Check operation of individual product or as related to other components of the entire system.
  • Troubleshoot and determine cause of problems involving primary mechanical and some electrical factors.
  • Disassemble units, repair and replace components of entire products.
  • Install and field start combustion product equipment.
  • Discuss operating problems of systems and repairs required with customer maintenance and engineering personnel.
  • Refer the more complex problems of customers systems to designated company engineering personnel.
  • Write up service reports of all work/adjustments and system recommendations for each customer job site.
  • Answer telephone inquiries of customers when in the office.
  • Write up troubleshooting technical product service difficulties.
  • Relay difficulties in the field to R&D Lab personnel and the engineering department.
  • Assist in the presentation of in-house workshops to train customers and sales representatives involving combustion product lines.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrate ability to read blueprints and electronic schematics.
  • Demonstrate excellent mechanical aptitude.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to use appropriate test and measuring instruments (e.g. fuel gas analyzer, specific gravity meter, manometer and volt ohmmeter).

Education and Experience:

  • Associates degree in electrical, mechanical, or engineering technology preferred
  • Experience in the combustion or process control related service field preferred
